Carrie Underwood has earned one nomination for the 2019 iHeart Radio Music Awards, to air live from Los Angeles, California on March 14th.

Underwood is the only female artist nominated in the Country Artist of the Year category, which includes other male nominees like Luke Bryan and Chris Stapleton.

The country superstar likely won’t be attending the awards this time; she is expected to give birth to her second child this month and will be taking time to spend with her family.

However, Underwood will be returning to the spotlight to kick off her 2019 tour, in support of her latest album, Cry Pretty.

Underwood earned her iHeart nomination on the back of a very successful 2018, which saw her score a top twenty hit with current single, “Love Wins”, as well as the top ten hit “Cry Pretty.” When her sixth album opened at number one on the Billboard 200 last September, she became the first and only female country act so far to land four number one albums on the Top 200.
